Corporate Social responsibility
Through its CSR program kprasad works to best understand the needs and priorities of our communities and how we can best assist by offering our skills, experience, time and philanthropic support. We work in partnership with our local and global communities to ensure that we contribute when and where it is most appropriate and where our support can have the greatest impact. Our CSR program is open to participation by our lawyers, staff and clients, as we strive to make a difference in the lives of others.

Tax Policy
We are committed to compliance with tax law and practice. That means paying the right amount of tax in the right place at the right time. It also involves disclosing all relevant facts and circumstances to the tax authorities on a timely basis while claiming available reliefs and incentives relevant to our business activities.

Human rights and modern slavery
Increasingly, corporates and financial institutions actively seek to promote and protect human rights through their business activities, many now having sophisticated systems for addressing human rights and managing associated risks. Every day we advice clients on such matters, advice which includes due diligence on corporate and financial deals, applying our expertise in corporate governance and advising on compliance with hard and soft law initiatives, most recently the kprasad associates.
